How Your Order Gets From Us to You
Shipping is free on every United States order, with no minimum spend. After your order is placed, we begin preparing it within 0 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). You will receive an email when your order moves into processing, and another email once it has been dispatched. The dispatch email includes your tracking link, so you can follow the parcel as it moves through transit. Transit takes 4 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday), with a total estimated delivery time of 4 to 12 business days from the date of your order.
If Delivery Takes Longer Than Expected
Occasionally, carriers may experience delays during peak seasons, public holidays, or severe weather. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, please start by checking the tracking link in your dispatch email.
