Return Details
Who Can Return What
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 30 days cannot be approved. To start a return, email support@pomainer.com. Items must be in excellent, unused condition and include the original packaging. If the return window has passed, we are unable to process the return.
Requesting a Return
Email support@pomainer.com with your order number and the reason you would like to return the item. Returns that arrive without approval cannot be handled. Once we confirm your request, we will send you the return instructions. Please package your item securely so it stays protected during transit. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
When your return arrives, we will inspect it and then issue the refund to the original payment method. This is completed within up to 7 days after inspection. We do not charge restocking fees.
Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange, email support@pomainer.com with your order number and the item you would like instead. Exchange requests must be placed within 30 days of delivery, and items must be in excellent condition with the original packaging. We will confirm availability and guide you through the next steps.
Order Cancellations
If you want to cancel an order, email support@pomainer.com as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be made before the order has entered processing.
Damaged or Different Items
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery. If something arrives damaged or you received a different item than expected, please email a clear photo and your order details to support@pomainer.com. We will review the information and let you know what to do next.
